Grouse
The most popular of our upland game birds. The abundance of old logging roads winding through stands of birch and poplar (prime habitat) and a healthy population of ruffed grouse as well as spruce grouse offer the hunter an opportunity at a day filled with many flushes and good shooting.
Bear/Deer combo
The first week of our deer season also offers you the opportunity for a bear/deer combo. Hunts are designed to maximize your chances at both trophies. The morning starts your hunt by focusing on deer (hunting methods depend on the individual) a break at noon, hilight of the day, is lunch prepared over an open fire by your guide, some hot tea & then it's off to an active bait station to finish out your day for bear.
Moose Season
Our moose season is a 3 day season which always falls on the last full weekend of September. It is a lottery system with 100 tags drawn for non residents.
